Tango „Carlsfeld“

The milonga tango “Carlsfeld” was composed by the maestro Juan Carlos Caviello, born in Buenos Aires on 21.12.1923, who has played the bandoneon since he was seven.

In recognition of the efforts of the Carlsfeld tourist board association to bring bandoneon music back to Carlsfeld, Marceo Conti from the Argentinian ensemble “Sueno de Bandoneon” presented them with the original score.

Carlsfeld is known around the world as the birthplace of bandoneons. These beautiful instruments were shipped from here to Argentina.
